Oomnitza Integration

Constantly switching between platforms to perform a simple task is a drain on productivity. Spoke helps you cut down on context switching with our native asset tracking integration. Connect Oomnitza with Spoke to view device information without ever leaving the request panel!

Generate an Oomnitza API Key

Begin by logging into Oomnitza

  1. Click on Settings
  2. From the settings menu choose API
  3. Choose + Add New to generate a new API token.
  4. Copy the token you've created. This will need to be pasted into Spoke.

In Spoke

Log in as an administrator into Spoke.

  1. Click Settings
  2. On the Settings page, choose the Integrations menu
  3. Click Connect to Oomnitza
  1. Enter your Oomnitza Domain (Yourcompany.oomnitza.com)
  2. Paste the API key you generated into this field.
  3. Choose which Spoke teams should include Oomnitza data on their requests.
  4. Click Connect to Oomnitza

Oomnitza data in requests

To view Oomnitza data from the request panel, click the requester section to expand the accordion menu.

Click on the Oomnitza logo to reveal the specific devices assigned to this user.

Choose to click on a device to open the specific Oomnitza record or navigate to the user's overall Oomnitza profile.
