SMS: set up
It's easy to get your organization to start new requests and get answers with texts through Spoke.
- Navigate to Settings
- Select the Integrations tab
- On the SMS card choose Connect
Once you click Enable SMS from the popup, Spoke will generate a text-only number to contact your Spoke account. The number will be immediately visible to you and anyone else who logs in.
You will also need to make sure that your users have phone numbers saved within their Spoke user profiles. This allows Spoke to confirm that you're a member of the team and give you access to company information.
Once these steps are completed, to use Spoke via SMS just send a text to the SMS number and voila! Spoke will respond with more information almost immediately via text.
You can now Spoke directly via text, or login to the platform.
