How can I mark a request as high priority?

The best way to denote priority is by using Tags. You can apply and remove tags as needed, and create custom filter views to only see the items you've marked High priority. This will take you through the process of creating a high priority tag to apply to those requests that need extra special attention!

Create a High Priority Tag

Some people prefer "High Priority" others prefer "P1, P2, P3" . Begin by creating the tags. Follow the steps below.

  1. Select Settings
  2. From Settings, choose the Requests menu
  3. Select Tags from the left side
  4. Enter the name of the tag which you’d like to create and choose Add Tag

Tag Requests in bulk

Select specific requests by hovering over the user avatar on the left hand side. Once you have selected the requests you’d like to tag, select the downward arrow next to X requests selected

Choose Add tag

From the resulting dropdown, choose the tag you’d like to add.

Once you have selected the first tag, these same requests remain selected, so you can easily add additional tags.

Editing Tags

To edit the name of a tag, select the pencil icon to the right of the Tag name.

Enter the new Tag name, then choose the Checkmark to save your change. You can also change the color of the Tag by choosing the pencil inside the colored box.

Adding Tags to a request

To add a tag to a single request, Open the request you'd like to tag, and from the right side choose Add tag…

Choose which tag(s) you would like to add to the request.

You can remove tags from a request, by choosing the X next to the tag you'd like to remove.
