File knowledge base resources by team

As you create new knowledge base resources, file them under a team. This helps to coach Spoke on how to use knowledge base resources to respond to new requests as they come in. 

By assigning knowledge base resources to a team you'll aid Spoke in becoming a stronger asset for you.

For Example: if you create a knowledge base resource about your accounting and payroll systems, and assign it to the finance team. After the finance team uses that resource to respond to a request successfully, Spoke will begin to learn the other types of questions that should be handled by the finance team. Such as "What Bank do we Use?" or "What Payroll system are we on?"

If you close a team, that team's knowledge base resources should be manually reassigned to make sure Spoke learns
