Reassigning requests

As new requests are created, Spoke will try to assign the correct team. Click here to learn more about assignment options for teams. If there's a better person who should handle it, you can reassign a request at any time. 

To reassign:

  1. Open the expanded request view
  2. Under “Assignee” field, preview who is currently on the request
  3. Click the downward arrow on the right to select a new expert.

Select the new expert and you're done!
