Reassigning requests

As new requests are created, Spoke will assign them to the team it believes is best to handle it. If there's a better person who should handle it, you can reassign requests at any time. 

To reassign:

  1. Expand the request
  2. Under “Assigned to” field, preview who is currently on the request
  3. Click on avatar of the person who is assigned to choose another.

Select the new expert and you're done!
