Namely manual CSV import
It's always easier to give the right answer when you have context on who you're helping. Spoke allows you to manually import user attributes using a CSV from your HRIS.
Export from Namely
From the Company Page, select "Export Data" Choose to export contact data, using the top Export Data button.
When the export is complete, you will see a red notification next to the bell icon, in the top right of the home menu. Review and download your export, then edit the spreadsheet by removing any fields you don't want imported to Spoke.
Users tab import
Navigate to Settings and select the "Users" menu then select "Manage Users" to reveal a dropdown.
Next, Choose "Import from CSV" from the dropdown.
Drag and drop your CSV file into the modal or click "Upload a CSV file"
On the next screen, choose the mapping you prefer. In the bottom left, click the box next to "Invite new users" to add users to your Spoke account while making the import.
