How can I change notification settings?
There are a few reasons you may not get notifications when working with Spoke. The first reason, is if you are both a requester and assigned the request. If that isn't the case, we can help you troubleshoot!
First, Check your spam filters. It's possible that Spoke got caught by your email client and pushed into Spam. If this is the case, make sure you add the @askspoke domain to your email client to prevent this going forward.
Check notification settings.
Log into Spoke, and click your name in the top left hand corner. Select "my profile"
In your profile, scroll to the notifications section at the bottom of the page. Choose the notification settings you prefer. Make sure to click "Save."
